Bio
Cara Denise Douglas is a graduate of the Black Entrepreneur Program at the Reelworld Screen Institute as a Casting Director. She is also the founder and CEO of Casting In The 6ix. With a B.A in English from York University and honours diploma from Seneca at York's Radio and Broadcasting program. Cara has a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry.

Casting In The 6ix was born to reflect the changing world. We're answering the call to represent undiscovered talent for the city via television, film, live performance and video gaming.

Our Vision is to create space in the industry where overlooked talent can be seen. Art should reflect our true reality where everyone is represented.
